China-Biotics, Inc. is a U.S. publicly-traded company engaged in research, development, marketing and distribution of probiotics for use as dietary supplements and bulk food additives. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Shining Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the Company has operations in Shanghai. Its proprietary product portfolio contains live microbial nutritional supplements under the “Shining” brand. Currently, the products are sold OTC through large distributors to pharmacies and supermarkets in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. China-Biotics is expanding its production capacity of probiotics to meet growing demand in the bulk additive market.

CHBT’s quarterly earnings reports are tentatively scheduled to be released six weeks following a quarter-end and 10 weeks following the year-end. All earnings releases are posted on our Web site.
