Song Jinan, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President – Mr. Song co-founded Shining in 1999 and has been the principal executive officer of the Company since March 2006. Previously, he served as the chief engineer of Sai Bao Bio-Chemical Manufacturing Corporation. He has rich experience in the study of biotechnology and in the successful commercialization of academic results. Mr. Song received his Bachelor’s Degree in Polymers from the University of Hei Long Jiang and his Master’s degree in Politics and Economics from Harbin Industrial University.
Dr. Ji Wei Chin, Independent Director – Dr. Chin has served in this role since January 2007. Dr. Chin has more than 20 years of academic experience as a lecturer and researcher in the field of horticulture.
Dr. Wen Min Du, Independent Director – Dr. Du has served in this role since January 2007. He has served as the Deputy Director in charge of the Centre for Adverse Drug Reactions in Shanghai since 2001. Dr. Du has also served as the Vice Chairman of Evaluation of Pharmacology & Clinical Pharmacy in Shanghai and the Vice Chairman at the Centre for the Study of Liver Disease in Shanghai since 2006.
Mr. Simon Yick, Independent Director – Mr. Yick has served in this role since January 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, direct investment and auditing. |
